Legion Systems LLC was founded in January 2025 to help small businesses and contractors get serious about their online presence and automation.
We started because we saw too many great local businesses losing customers to competitors with better websites and systems. Contractors, pet care providers, home service professionals—all doing excellent work but invisible online.
Our goal is simple: build clean, effective systems that help small businesses attract more customers and waste less time on admin work. No bloated features, no confusing dashboards—just tools that actually work.

Founder & Lead Strategist
Matthew is the owner of Legion Systems LLC and a current college student who launched the company in January 2025. What began as a small side project quickly grew into a full-service system-building agency for small businesses.
Matthew leads strategy, design quality, client communication, and project direction with a focus on building clean, effective systems that help local businesses grow.
Web Ops & Support
Rafael assists with website builds and operational support. He is currently in high school and helps with tasks behind the scenes under Matthew's direction.
